SATURDAY, June 21st, 10:00-11:00 am
A Sojong Ceremony and Guided Meditation will be lead by Aunt Joan. In Buddhism there is a practice called Sojong that gives us an opportunity to reflect on where we are in terms of refraining and, when we feel that we’ve really made a mess of things, to put that behind us and start anew. Aunt Joan’s Sojong Ceremony will be followed by an optional Mindful Farm Walk.
This Springhouse Farm event is being held in support of Dreaming For Change. They are on a mission to improve women and children's nutrition security, health, economic and learning outcomes in Burundi, Africa. The $10 charge for this special event will be donated to the organization in recognition and support of their important work.
Our land is flat and accessible.
We do advise you wear appropriate shoes and watch your step.

REFUND POLICY: Event payments are non-refundable. With 72 hour advance notice of your inability to attend, you may transfer your payment to another event.
