Come join us at the farm for Taco Tuesday with Mallie Billing!
Mallie is a private chef who specializes in farm-to-table cuisine. For her, cooking is a creative expression, and her passion comes through in every bite. Mallie believes that food is a bridge between people and place.
As she puts it, “There's something magical about coming together and sharing a meal featuring ingredients from the land we sit on and neighboring farms. It builds community, cultivates connection to the environment, and deeply nourishes us.”
The evening will feature a three-course meal: a seasonal starter, a variety of tacos, and a handcrafted dessert. The first two courses will be gluten-free and dairy-free and there will be vegetarian options. The tortillas will be made from scratch with a locally grown variety of corn!
Starting at 5:00 pm, guests are invited to join us on a guided walking tour of the farm.
Your 3 course Harvest Dinner will be served in our Covered Pavilion and feature ingredients grown on the farm, or sourced locally whenever possible.
Harvest Dinners are BYOB. Wine openers and ice buckets are available.
Limited seating capacity creates an intimate dining experience.
Meet folks and enjoy good conversation while savoring the bounty of the season surrounded by the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains.
Dinners will proceed rain or shine.
