Come join us at the farm for Taco Tuesday with Mallie Billing!

Mallie is a private chef who specializes in farm-to-table cuisine. For her, cooking is a creative expression, and her passion comes through in every bite. Mallie believes that food is a bridge between people and place.

As she puts it, “There's something magical about coming together and sharing a meal featuring ingredients from the land we sit on and neighboring farms. It builds community, cultivates connection to the environment, and deeply nourishes us.”

The evening will feature a three-course meal: a seasonal starter, a variety of tacos, and a handcrafted dessert. The first two courses will be gluten-free and dairy-free and there will be vegetarian options. The tortillas will be made from scratch with a locally grown variety of corn!

  • Starting at 5:00 pm, guests are invited to join us on a guided walking tour of the farm. 

  • Your 3 course Harvest Dinner will be served in our Covered Pavilion and feature ingredients grown on the farm, or sourced locally whenever possible.

  • Harvest Dinners are BYOB. Wine openers and ice buckets are available.

  • Limited seating capacity creates an intimate dining experience.

  • Meet folks and enjoy good conversation while savoring the bounty of the season surrounded by the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains.

  • Dinners will proceed rain or shine.
