  SPRINGHOUSE FARM
Our Slow Down Farm to Table dinners are intimate, plant-based culinary works of art that showcase the fresh, flavorful produce we grow. It's a chance to slow down and enjoy new friends, good conversation and the bounty of the different seasons.

We are offering two types of Slow Down dinners this year: a 5 course meal and a more casual, wood-fired pizza dinner which includes salad and dessert. We are excited to be working with 3 different chefs (read more information about them below).

Our farm is located about 15 minutes from downtown Boone. All dinners are rain or shine, and must be paid in full upon reservation. We ask that if you have paid and can't make it to a dinner, you find a friend to take your spot. This is a non-refundable event, due to the limited amount of seats we have. If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

Your evening includes:
  • a guided walking farm tour starting at 5:30pm (optional, you are welcome to stay in the pavilion during the tour)
  • a mocktail to enjoy during the farm tour
  • 5 course vegetarian dinner or 3 course wood-fired pizza dinner, ingredients grown here on the farm or locally sourced whenever possible
  • ample parking and toilet facilities located on site
  • a new fire pit area to enjoy!

Details:
This is a BYOB event, we provide wine openers and ice buckets.
The dinners usually last from 5:30pm-8:30pm.
Upon arrival to the farm, follow the signs to the designated parking area and meet up at the pavilion.
Please bring a cash tip for your servers.

Price:

$75 per guest, 5 course dinner
$45 per guest, Wood-Fired Pizza dinner
