About Chef Brett Gemberling:
Brett came to Springhouse Farm as a volunteer in 2014 and he stayed for the next 3 years, eventually having his own garden there where he grew food for the restaurant he worked at in Boone. He currently lives in Charlotte, NC and works at 300 East. Brett would like for people to gain a greater understanding of the intricacies surrounding the culinary arts and by inviting you on the journey of your delicious meal from the farm to table. |
