SPRINGHOUSE FARM
Slow Down Dinners
~A Farm to Table Experience~
What is a Slow Down Dinner?
Slow Down Dinners are intimate, plant-based dinners that showcase the flavorful and fresh produce we grow. It's a chance to slow down and enjoy new friends, good conversation and the bounty of the season.

Your evening includes:
  • A tour of our farm with a speciality cocktail/mocktail (5:30-6:15pm)
  • A four-course plant-based meal made with fresh vegetables from our farm (other ingredients sourced locally), including an amuse-bouche (6:30-8:30pm)

Price:
$60 per guest
*Pay in cash upon arrival, and please remember to tip our farm interns who work at this event.*

About Chef Brett Gemberling:
Brett came to Springhouse Farm as a volunteer in 2014 and he stayed for the next 3 years, eventually having his own garden there where he grew food for the restaurant he worked at in Boone. He currently lives in Charlotte, NC and works at 300 East. Brett would like for people to gain a greater understanding of the intricacies surrounding the culinary arts and by inviting you on the journey of  your delicious meal from the farm to table.
